1. Offer is applicable for iQOO E-Store customers only.
2. The No Cost EMI option is available on eligible bank cards only.
3. No Cost EMI means that there is no additional interest charged by the financial institution for the EMI tenure. However, processing fees and other charges may apply, as specified by the financial institution
4. The financial institution may conduct a credit check or assess your creditworthiness before approving the No Cost EMI option.
5. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account on the due dates for EMI payments. Non-payment or late payment may result in penalties or interest charges.
6. The EMI amount will be debited from your bank account as per the chosen EMI tenure. Ensure that your bank account has the necessary balance on the due dates.
7. Any disputes regarding the No Cost EMI should be directed to the respective financial institution. The seller may not be responsible for resolving disputes related to EMI transactions.
8. iQOO reserves the right to cancel the No Cost EMI option at any time without prior notice. In such cases, the buyer will be liable to pay the entire outstanding EMI amount

Order Limitation Policy

Terms & Conditions for Bulk Order Limitations on E-Store

1. Order Limitations:
   Customers are allowed to place a maximum of two orders per month from a single account. Any order exceeding this limit will be considered as a bulk order and will be cancelled.
2. Bulk Order Identification:
   If we identify that orders have been placed from multiple accounts using similar contact details, including but not limited to email address or shipping address, these orders will be flagged as bulk orders.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   Any orders identified as bulk orders, whether through similar email addresses, contact details, or shipping addresses, will be cancelled immediately. A refund will be issued for the cancelled order(s) in accordance with our refund policy.
4. Account Monitoring:
   We reserve the right to monitor accounts and transactions for any suspicious activity. Orders placed with similar or identical details (email, address, etc.) across different accounts will be treated as part of an attempt to place bulk orders and will be cancelled.
5. Nontransferable of Orders:
   Accounts or email addresses used to circumvent this policy will be flagged, and any related orders will be cancelled. Customers are prohibited from transferring orders across accounts to bypass order limits.
6. Customer Responsibility:
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they comply with the above limitations when placing orders. Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Refund Process:
   Refunds for cancelled bulk orders will be processed based on our standard refund procedure. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Right to Modify Terms:
   We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
