Currently croma online store provides emi options for only HDFC and CitiBank Credit cards.
Below are the details of Interest rate and tenure.

• The payment method is only available for customers using credit cards issued by HDFC and CITI Bank.
• A minimum purchase value of 2500 is required to avail the EMI facility and the facility can be availed for tenures of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
• Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reducing monthly balance.

When can you opt for EMI option for payment?
EMI option will be available for shopping if your cart value at the time of payment is Rs.2,500/- or above.

How do you pay using EMI option?
Paying by EMI is a simple 3 step process..
Step1: Choose your bank from the provided options.
Step 2: Choose your payment duration depending on the installment value you wish to opt for.
Step 3: Enter your credit card details & click on Pay Now.

Which credit cards can be used?
Master & Visa credit cards issued.

What are the tenure options or over how many months can the payment be made?
The payment can be spread in 3, 6, 9 and 12 months EMI for HDFC and ICICI bank credit cards. For Citi Bank it is applicable for 3 and 6 months.

Are there any special/additional fees to be paid?
There are no additional fees charged by www.croma.com for availing EMI. Only a bank processing fees is needed to be paid to the customer to avail this facility. Information about this bank processing fees is highlighted when a particular payment duration is selected.

Is there an interest to be paid on this payment?
No interest is needed to be paid on the payment.

Will the credit limit on the used credit card reduce?
Yes. The credit limit on the card is blocked till the amount is cleared.

By what name will the payments appear in my monthly statements?
It would appear by the name of Infiniti Retail Limited.

What happens if you wish to close the credit card account in the middle of the tenure?
In the unlikely event that you want to close your credit card account in the middle of your EMI tenure. However if you wish to do so, you will be asked to clear the entire amount due before the card account is closed.

Can you prepay the remaining amount in the middle of my tenure?
Yes. However, bank processing charges for EMI would not be refunded on pre-payment.

What if you cancel your order in the middle of tenure?
In case of order cancellation, the refund shall be initiated by Infiniti Retail Limited i.e. Croma to the customer. However, the bank processing charges for EMI shall not be refunded by the bank to the customer.
