General
ACADEMY
In 2022 he opened the Yogesh Throwing Academy in Naraingarh, India. “I had one mission. It was to open my own academy. It was my dream and now it has been one-and-a-half years since we opened it [speaking in 2023]. I don’t want new athletes to face the [financial] difficulties that I have faced as an athlete. They can overcome these difficulties. I’ve told them to just do your work and don’t be disappointed afterwards. Just focus on your goals. My goal is to make the academy big, just like a stadium. I want athletes from different countries to visit.” (paralympic.org, 15 Jul 2023; thebridge.in, 12 Sep 2022)
