Other Terms and Conditions

25. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
26. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by HDFC/ICICI bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for HDFC/ICICI bank and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against these banks.
27. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective sellers and neither Platform nor HDFC/ICICI bank shall be in any way responsible for the same.
28. This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Cardholder shall be 18 years.
29. Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardholder makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs. 2,00,000, the Cardholder will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardholder will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardholder, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card.
30. Policy Overview
We’re confident you’ll love your new vivo X200 FE and vivo X Fold 5. However, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return option within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- Return request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery in accordance with the manner provided herein below.
- Product is returned in its original condition, along with:
- Original box and packaging
- All accessories (charger, cable, etc.)
- Original invoice and warranty card
- Device must be undamaged—no dents, cracks, scratches (minor as well), or liquid damage, of any nature whatsoever.
- IMEI and serial numbers must match our records.
- Product must pass a Quality Check (QC) by our technical team.
- A return packing video is mandatory—clearly showing the phone, all accessories, and contents of the original box along with the reason for return.
- Only deferred exchange orders are eligible for return under this policy. Instant exchange orders are not covered under the 7-day return policy.
- X200 FE: Only customers who pre-book on the first day of sale (14th July) will be eligible for the 7-day return policy.
- X Fold 5: All customers who pre-book their phone during the launch date (up to 31st July) will be eligible for the 7-day return policy.
- In case of a deferred exchange, the exchange bonus will be adjusted in the refund amount, and the old device will not be returned to the customer.
Note: QC may take up to 48 hours after the product is received at our warehouse.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days post successful QC clearance in original mode of payment.

You are requested to review the terms and conditions set forth below prior to participating in the vivo X200 FE & X Fold 5 – Home Product Demonstration Program (“Program”). By registering and clicking “I Agree,” you consent to be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
1. Program Overview
This Program is organized by vivo Mobile India Private Limited (“vivo”) to offer eligible customers a hands-on, in-home product demonstration of the newly launched vivo X200 FE and vivo X Fold 5 smartphones, conducted by a trained vivo Brand Advisor (VBA).
2. Program Validity
- The Program will remain active from 14th July 2025 to 31st July 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at vivo’s sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability.
3. Eligibility & Registration
vivo X200 FE:
- Home demo is available only for customers who pre-book on the first day of sale (14th July 2025).
- Customers must complete the registration form at the official vivo link.
- The demo will be provided only if the customer’s PIN code is serviceable by vivo’s demo network.
vivo X Fold 5:
- Home demo is available to all customers who pre-book their device between 14th July and 31st July 2025.
- Customers must fill out the official form to request a demonstration.
- Service availability is subject to PIN code validation.

4. Service Availability
- The Program is currently limited to select metro cities and serviceable PIN codes.
- Only one demo request per individual/order will be accepted.

5. Visit Scheduling
- Upon successful registration and confirmation of eligibility, a vivo Brand Advisor (VBA) will be assigned within 48 working hours of delivery.
- VBA visits will be scheduled between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, after telephonic confirmation with the customer.
- In case of unavailability, customers may request a reschedule by emailing support.in@vivo.com. Please note that rescheduling may lead to cancellation of the demo if service slots are unavailable.
6. Scope of the Program
- The Program is strictly limited to product demonstration purposes—covering key features, performance, and design.
- No sale or transaction will take place during the home demo.
7. Safety & Conduct
- vivo assures that all assigned VBAs will follow necessary safety protocols.
- Customers are expected to provide a respectful and cooperative environment during the visit.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected for this Program will be used solely for demonstration scheduling and related communication, in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments

Extended Warranty offer:
- Benefits under the extended warranty plan is an extension of the benefits provided by the Manufacturer’s Warranty for additional 1 Year. After extended warranty period gets over, all subsequent Repair Requests shall be considered for paid repair only.

- Benefits Value Maximum Benefits Value is equivalent to the original invoice value of the Registered Device. General Conditions

- vivo reserves the right to substitute the 1 Year Extended Warranty offer with some other gift(s) of equivalent value under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons.

Jurisdiction
Decision of vivo in relation to the Offer and matter incidental theretoshall be final and bindingon the customer. All disputes shallbe governed by the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by exclusive laws of Indiaand the courts located at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
