The phone is equipped with a robust 6000 mAh battery featuring 90W FlashCharge for fast and efficient charging. An in-display optical fingerprint sensor is integrated for secure access. The Vivo V50 is available in three color variants: Titanium Grey, Starry Night, and Rose Red, and runs on Funtouch OS 15.

The device boasts a 17.19cm (6.77”) AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2392 × 1080 for the main screen. The touch screen is capacitive and supports multi-touch functionality.

) on the models mentioned above in the table. Offer is applicable only on one transaction per Card. 

3.  The Instant Discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (“NCV”). NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemption

4.   The Offer is applicable only on the devices mentioned above in the table. 

5.   The Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made using Corporate or Commercial Card. 

 Other Terms and Conditions 

1.  All Cardholders, excluding HDFC/ICICI bank Corporate Credit Card, with no outstanding of more than 30 days are eligible for this Offer. 

2. This Offer is applicable on No Cost EMI transactions on using a Credit card as per the terms of this Offer and is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking. 

3. The Offer is not applicable for Card-on-delivery transactions. 

4. In case of cancellation of your order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If you cancel part of your order, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay basis eligibility.

23.   The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Platform, HDFC/ICICI bank and/ or seller(s) harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that may be suffered by Platform, HDFC/ICICI bank and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder. 

24.   All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Offer. 

25.   This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority. 

26.   Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by HDFC/ICICI bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for HDFC/ICICI bank and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against these banks. 

27.   All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective sellers and neither Platform nor HDFC/ICICI bank shall be in any way responsible for the same. 

28.   This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Cardholder shall be 18 years. 

29.   Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardholder makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs. 2,00,000, the Cardholder will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardholder will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardholder, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card. 

30.   This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3. No Cost EMI means that there is no additional interest charged by the financial institution for the EMI tenure. However, processing fees and other charges may apply, as specified by the financial institution
4. The financial institution may conduct a credit check or assess your creditworthiness before approving the No Cost EMI option.
5. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account on the due dates for EMI payments. Non-payment or late payment may result in penalties or interest charges.
6. The EMI amount will be debited from your bank account as per the chosen EMI tenure. Ensure that your bank account has the necessary balance on the due dates.
7. Any disputes regarding the No Cost EMI should be directed to the respective financial institution. The seller may not be responsible for resolving disputes related to EMI transactions.
