NOOE, which stands for “Never Odd Or Even”, is a palindrome that reflects the brand’s emphasis on symmetry and balance in design. The brand’s philosophy revolves around creating products that are not only visually appealing but also functional and sustainable. NOOE’s product line includes desk setups, notebooks, pens, keyboard palm rests, and other lifestyle accessories, all designed with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
The brand’s flagship product, CONFIG 01 Desk Setup, is a collection of five products designed to declutter workspaces and enhance productivity. NOOE’s products are crafted using high-quality materials like black oak and Munken paper, ensuring durability and a premium feel.
NOOE was born out of the founders’ shared passion for design and entrepreneurship. Neetica, a designer with experience working in Copenhagen, and Piyush, an engineer with a background in corporate merchandise, came together to create a brand that would redefine premium lifestyle accessories. Their complementary skills—Neetica’s design expertise and Piyush’s business acumen—helped them build NOOE into a brand that resonates with consumers globally.
The brand has successfully expanded its presence to over 40 countries, with retail partnerships in nine countries, including the iconic Harrods in London. NOOE’s products are also available through their own website and other online marketplaces.
During their pitch on Shark Tank India, Neetica and Piyush showcased their premium products and shared their vision of making NOOE a globally recognized brand. They highlighted their achievements, including the Red Dot Design Award and their presence in Harrods, where their products retail for significantly higher prices compared to India.
The Sharks were impressed by NOOE’s design and brand positioning but raised concerns about the business’s financial health, scalability, and high burn rate. Despite these challenges, Peyush Bansal saw potential in the brand and made an offer of ₹5 crores for 51% equity, which the founders accepted after some negotiation.
